All Scheduled Maintenance Service packages Include:
Clean exterior and interior aquarium surfaces
Rake and/or siphon debris from substrate
Change chemical filtration media as needed
Dose (or leave for future usage) the proper trace elements
Check the inventory of food
Empty protein skimmer collection cup
Clean decorative corals, rocks, plastic plants and ornaments as needed
Visual check equipment, air and water flow
Visual check of fish for head-count, disease, swimming and breathing rates
Update point of contact as needed
Basic testing aquarium water pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate content
Top off water with conditioned tap water
Water changing (as needed)
Silver Package
Intermediate Aquariums:
Testing aquarium water salinity, pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate content
Reef Tanks Only: Basic test calcium, alkalinity and magnesium as needed
Clean bad algae and salt deposits
Clean decorative corals, rocks, plastic plants and ornaments as needed
Restock pellet/flake food
Check color, smell and temperature of water
Top off water – (RO water) if not installed
Water changing - as appropriate (usually 10%-25%)
Treat with basic medication as needed (up to $20 per month included at no additional charge)
Gold Package
Advanced Systems with Specialized requirements:
Testing aquarium water salinity, pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate content
Reef Tanks Only: Advanced testing of calcium, phosphate and alkalinity and magnesium as needed
Clean bad algae and salt deposits
Clean decorative corals, rocks, plastic plants and ornaments as needed
Restock pellet/flake food for reef or fish only systems
Check color, smell and temperature
Change/add Reactor Media (as needed)
Top off water – RO/DI water
Change RO/DI cartridges (as needed)
Water changing - as appropriate (25%-50%)
Treat with basic medication as needed (up to $20 per month included at no additional charge)

Platinum Package
These EXPERT-ONLY Aquariums require detailed attention. These packages are All-Inclusive and Customized Per Client - *MUST have a controller (of your choosing) for remote emergency access:
